Google and Facebook Leads: Sending Every Click to Your Own Request Form
Most junk removal leads start on Google or Facebook. Someone searches “junk removal near me,” sees your listing, or scrolls past a photo of your crew hauling out a garage. What happens next decides whether that click becomes a job. If it lands on a cluttered home page, or a messaging inbox you check twice a day, the lead often goes nowhere. If it lands on a short request form that drops straight into your system, you can answer it in minutes.
One Destination for Every Click
After-holiday promotions, which mostly run on social posts and ads, are covered in After the Holidays: Booking Junk Removal for Boxes, Old Furniture and Garage Cleanouts. Whatever the season, the principle is the same: send every click to the same place.
That place is the request form on your own website. JunkBossPro's request form submissions land in Form Responses, alongside every other web lead. JunkBossPro doesn't connect to Google or Facebook directly. You don't need it to. You just point your listings, ads and posts at your own form.
Your Google Listing
Your Google business listing is often the first thing a local customer sees. A few things to set:
- The website link. Point it at a page with your request form near the top, not a page they have to hunt through.
- The services. List what you actually do: single items, appliance removal, hot tubs, garage and estate cleanouts, yard waste.
- Photos. Real before-and-after shots from your jobs. The crew app keeps before-and-after photos with each job, so you have a steady supply. Ask the customer first if the photo shows their home.
- Reviews. Recent, specific reviews matter a lot here. Asking for them is covered in Reviews and Ratings: Asking Junk Removal Customers at the Right Moment.
Phone calls from the listing still come straight to you. Anyone who prefers to type can use the form.
Search Ads
If you run search ads, the landing page matters as much as the ad. A few practical points:
- Match the page to the search. An ad for “mattress removal” should land on your mattress removal page, with the request form on it.
- Put the form above the fold on phones. Most of these clicks are on a phone.
- Give a price hint. “Single items from $129” tells the customer they are in the right place.
- Say what happens next. “We'll text you a price, usually the same day.”
Since there is no instant price calculator, set the expectation honestly: you'll reply with a price range or an estimate.
Facebook Posts and Ads
Facebook works well for junk removal because the before-and-after story is visual. A packed garage turned empty in one photo pair is your best ad. For posts and ads:
- Link to your request form, not your home page.
- Speak to a specific need: “Moving out this month?” or “Old hot tub taking up the patio?”
- Keep the form short. People clicking from social media are less patient than people who searched.
Facebook and other platforms offer their own built-in lead forms. If you use those, the leads stay on that platform until someone copies them over by hand. Sending people to your own form keeps everything in Form Responses, where anyone in the office can see it.
Messages and Comments
Some people will message your page or comment instead of clicking through. Answer them, and offer the form: “Happy to help. If you fill out our quick request form, we'll text you a price: [link].” Once they do, the request is in Form Responses with the address and what's going, ready to quote and put on the Waiting List map.
Answer Ad Leads Fastest of All
Someone who clicked an ad is often comparing several companies in the same few minutes. That makes ad leads the ones where a fast reply matters most. If you are paying for clicks, check Form Responses more often on the days your ads run, and keep saved first replies ready for the services you advertise. A paid lead that waits until tomorrow is money spent on someone else's customer.
Know Which Clicks Book Jobs
Ad platforms will tell you about clicks. They can't tell you which of those clicks turned into a paid half-load cleanout. For that, tag each client by source when you convert them: Google, Facebook, referral, repeat. Over a season, your reports will show which sources actually book jobs. That's the next guide: Tagging Junk Removal Leads by Source: Knowing Which Marketing Books Jobs.
Every Click, One Inbox
Point your Google listing, search ads and Facebook posts at the request form on your own site, and every lead lands in the same Form Responses list. For how those leads become booked jobs, visit the JunkBossPro junk removal booking software page.
